This is a 4 month strength & conditioning plan for the off-season to get you ready for your next season.
This plan is fully customisable to your requirements, so you can choose how many sessions a week you'd like and whether those sessions are; gym sessions, running sessions or plyometric training.
I would recommend 4 sessions per week, that will include 1 day running, 2 days gym work and 1 day plyometric training.
