I will create a 12 week plyometric plan designed to your specific sport or requirements.
Plyometrics involves exercises that focus on developing power by rapidly pre-stretching and then shortening muscles.
Plyometric training aims to improve the ability of the muscle-tendon unit to produce maximal force in the shortest amount of time.
The key mechanism is the stretch-shortening cycle (SSC), where a muscle is pre-stretched (eccentric phase), then quickly contracted (concentric phase) to generate power.
Examples of plans for sports: Olympic weightlifting, T&F throwing events, Sprints, Jumps & Hurdles, Football, Racket Sports, Cycling and Rugby, martial arts.
