    16 week gym plan consisting of 8 weeks general preparation and 8 weeks of special preparation, 12 week plyometric training, hip & trunk circuit and 10 day taper.

    Partially personalised plan with just your PB's, 1RM's and competition dates filled in.
    Access to the plan where you can edit and fill in your lifts.
    Monthly check ins with 1on1 access once a month (travel expenses will need to be paid if outside of 30miles radius).

    Fully Personalised plan tailored to your competition schedule.
    All PB's, 1RM's, competition dates and lifts in the session filled in.

About Me

I'm Scott Tindle and this is my Personal Training and Strength & Conditioning journey, with over a decade of athletic experience on the track and in the gym, from distance running to sprinting. I've competed at many different levels in athletics from making a National Scottish Final in the 60m to winning the historic 'New Year Sprint' title in 2023. Since 2017, I've refined the 'Strength Training for Speed' programme, constantly adapting my approach to help athletes maximise their performance. Now as I work toward my qualifications in Gym Instructing, Personal Training, and Strength & Conditioning, I'm expanding my knowledge and coaching to help others sprint faster, train smarter and train smarter.
